Our story
We're Liliana and Wilson. We built LuxOasis Living, a 19-property rental portfolio in Edmonton, Alberta — and got tired of stitching together spreadsheets, email threads, and generic software that had never seen a Canadian tenancy form.
LuxOasisOS is the system we built to run our own portfolio. Provincial tenancy rules, CRA-ready bookkeeping, the actual rhythm of landlording while working full-time — it's shaped by what we use ourselves every day.

Each plan renews automatically at the price shown. We email a reminder 30 days before an annual renewal, and you can cancel any time in your billing settings and keep access until your term ends. Prices are in CAD and do not include applicable local taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
