We're opening LuxOasisOS to 10 landlords before anyone else — at half price, locked for three years. In return, we ask for your time: a monthly 20-minute call, honest feedback, and your name on a case study once it's working for you.
Built by landlords running 19 doors · Edmonton, Alberta
Every feature on this site exists because we needed it ourselves. The founding member program is the same idea, extended to you — you get software shaped by your actual problems, we get to build the right thing instead of guessing.
Half off the listed price, locked for 3 years — no matter how much prices rise after public launch.
This isn't a discount code. It's a trade — your time and honesty for our best price, for as long as you're a customer.
20 minutes, on video. We show you what we shipped, you tell us what’s still broken. No slide deck, no sales pitch.
A short quote, on this site, with your name and portfolio — once LuxOasisOS is actually saving you time. Not before.
A real writeup of your before-and-after: hours saved, the specific problem it fixed. We draft it, you approve it.
This program only works if it's a genuine trade. Here's how to tell if it's a fit before you apply.
None of this is disqualifying forever — it just means the regular pricing (no strings attached) is probably the better starting point for you.
Because the whole point is a real relationship, not a marketing tier. Ten monthly calls is something two founders can actually show up for and act on. A hundred wouldn't be — and if we can't keep up our end, the trade isn't fair anymore.
Your discount is locked for 3 years from when you join, not 3 years from public launch. After that, you move to whatever the standard price is at the time — same as everyone else. We'll tell you well before it changes.
Then this program isn't the right fit — the discount is specifically in exchange for being a visible reference, not just a customer. Regular pricing has no such requirement, and you're welcome to sign up for that instead.
We show you what shipped since last time, ask what's still annoying, and listen. Twenty minutes, on video, whenever works for you that month. If you miss one, it's not a big deal — we'll just catch up next month.
It's part of the trade, but we draft it and you approve every word before it goes anywhere. If something in your business genuinely can't be shared (a specific number, a client's name), we work around it — we're not trying to publish anything you're not comfortable with.
No. We built LuxOasisOS running 19 doors, but plenty of what it fixes — spreadsheets, screening, CRA bookkeeping — hits just as hard at 1 door. If anything, smaller portfolios often give the clearest feedback.
Yes. Cancelling your subscription ends the founding-member pricing too — there's no penalty, but you also don't keep the rate without staying a customer. If you cancel, we'd appreciate knowing why, but it's not required.
No. This is a good-faith arrangement, not a signed legal agreement — we're trusting you to hold up your side the same way you're trusting us to hold up ours. Our Terms of Service still govern the software itself.
Takes about two minutes. We read every application ourselves — the honest answer to the last question matters more than anything else here.
